Our Vision and Mission

Our vision is a world where African individuals and disadvantaged people of all ethnic origins are effective agents of positive social change.

To realise our vision, we train, coach and motivate African and disadvantaged leaders, organisations and communities to achieve their leadership and systemic change goals. To fulfil this mission, we use  training models and tools inspired by African philosophy, created by the PCAP founder, Sylvie Aboa-Bradwell, as templates to develop existing or aspiring African leaders and disadvantaged leaders of all ethnic origins, their organisations, and their communities.

As we implement our mission, we adhere to the following values:

  • Integrity - PCAP engages with African knowledge and expertise as an inspiration for improving the lives of the disadvantaged, and is built upon strong moral principles related to honesty, professionalism, accountability and transparency.
  • Justice - PCAP believes that it is the right of all people to have access to, and engage with, processes which develop them as agents of change in their respective communities.
  • Respect - In dealings with all people, PCAP believes in the principles of respect towards their feelings, wishes and rights.

Our Motto:
Growing leaders, building communities
