Interviews of PCAP Lead4Hope Network Graduates

A huge congratulations to the incredible graduates of the Lead4Hope Network! Over the past year, you have embraced growth, self-reflection, and leadership, emerging as changemakers ready to shape the future.

For many, this journey has been transformational. As Ohenewaa shared, “The sessions helped me reflect on my identity. I realised I did not have the tools to help me rest, reflect, and recalibrate my internal dialogue or learn more about developing healthy boundaries.”

The programme has also been a source of empowerment and cultural pride. Devon expressed, “One thing I can say without hesitation that the training has done for me is inspire me to tap into my cultural strength as a Black Caribbean leader.”

And the impact doesn’t end here. As Lionel so perfectly put it, “It’s like a relationship for life. We will be able to use their resources for as long as we want.”
