The new Be Fit to Lead Programme is aimed at ethnic minority women at any stage of their career and leadership journey, from 18-year-old school leavers to established CEOs. The programmes online and face-to-face sessions offer:
- Confidence-building and leadership development techniques to young women aspiring to become leaders;
- Coaching to professional women seeking to strengthen their leadership skills;
- Networking and peer support to successful women leaders and executives;
- Wellbeing and motivational support to all participants.

Sylvie Aboa-Bradwell, Founder and Executive Director, PCAP, and Rayann Bryan, Founder and CEO, Thelma Matilda Alves Foundation will lead the presentation giving more information abot the project, introducing mental well-being and self-care, and answering any questions you may have.
