Join the Conversation: Widening Participation in Health and Care Workforce in South-East London

Are you a person of Black, African, Caribbean, or mixed Black heritage living in South-East London?

Are you an organisation serving individuals of Black, African, Caribbean, or mixed Black heritage in South-East London?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then join the conversation!

Between November and December 2023, we are conducting a series of community discussions, surveys and listening meetings to identify the barriers that prevent people from Black, African, Caribbean, or mixed Black heritage from accessing health and care jobs in South-East London.

By actively participating, you can enable your area to build a more inclusive and diverse health and care workforce.

As a token of appreciation, we are offering £30 to individuals who participate in the survey.

 Additionally, organisations willing to host community discussions will receive £300 to support their efforts.
