Lambeth Community Wellbeing Package

We are delighted to announce our Lambeth Community Wellbeing Package.

• Are you a Lambeth resident aged 18 or over?
• Do you want to improve your health and wellbeing throughout 2024?

Our programme offers you a free support package of 3 sessions including:

• tips to improve and maintain wellbeing throughout this year
• a personal development toolkit for lifelong motivation, wellbeing and fulfilment
• useful African life lessons

The sessions are held from 6pm to 7pm at the Events Room, International House, 6 Canterbury Crescent, Brixton, SW9 7QD.

The next sessions will be on the 29th January, 5th February and 19th February.
