PCAP Hope After Covid Project Raises £130,000 from National Lottery Community Fund!

We are absolutely thrilled to share with you the excellent news that the National Lottery Community Fund has just awarded us £129,809 to expand our Hope After Covid project to Medway and Swale!

Through this project, PCAP will be working between 2024 and 2026 to improve the wellbeing, mental health and social engagement of up to 100 Medway and Swale residents aged 18 and over, and who have been affected by Covid, either because of bereavement, illness, long Covid, loss of employment, or social isolation. We will also aim to organise social engagement events with up to 300 attendees.
