We are delighted to invite you to PCAP’s Wellbeing and Motivation Workshop, proudly presented as part of The National Lottery Open Week Events. This is your chance to connect, learn, and elevate your mindset, all for FREE!

This workshop has been designed with the following aims in mind:
- Provide participants with African-inspired wellbeing and motivational tools to overcome life’s challenges
- Conduct practical exercises aimed at clarifying participants’ goals
- Ensure that participants’ voices are heard as to challenges and desired solutions
- Explore and enjoy free African food tasting session as part of the workshop
- Raise awareness of free follow-up support activities available through Hope after Covid Project
