If you:

• Are a woman of African or Caribbean descent
• Have you been affected by racism, social isolation or grief caused by Covid
• Live in Lambeth, Southwark, Wandsworth or Westminster

We invite you to join our first workshop, An Introduction to Well-Being and Self-Care, as part of PCAP and TMAF’s Loved, Accepted, Heard project.

Sylvie Aboa-Bradwell (PCAP) and Rayann Bryan (TMAF) will lead a workshop giving more information about the project, introducing mental well-being and self-care, and answering any questions you may have. Dr. Siya Mngaza, an Educational Psychologist and project volunteer, will also introduce herself.
